The Company has developed a Website (www.savefy.co) along with a Mobile Application “Savefy” Mobile APP Collectively referred to as the “Platform” to provide a digital platform or a marketplace where Merchants can publish offers, deals, and discounts on products and services and Customers can browse and redeem/purchase these offers directly from the Merchants

 

1. This document serves as a Privacy Notice for the Platform and the services provided under it. As a User You may visit and/or browse the Website and register on the Platform, view offers, deals, vouchers, or enquire, purchase or avail any other ancillary services from this Platform. To offer these services we shall need to process some of Your personal information but we shall ask Your permission before processing Your personal information.

   1. This Privacy Notice is published and shall be construed in accordance with the provisions of Information Technology Act, 2000 and Rules made thereunder, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (Applicable Data Protection Laws), and other applicable laws enacted from time to time.

2. Company refers to Savefy Solutions Private Limited who shall be deciding the means and purpose processing of Personal Information under this Policy.

5. Customer refers to an individual who accesses the Platform and can view/redeem offers from respective stores/Redemption websites

Merchant: refers to an individual or business entity that registers and creates a profile on the Platform to provide their offers, deals, etc. Merchants are authorized to publish and manage through Platform, Offer, which may be viewed, accessed, redeemed or purchased by Customers directly or through online platforms inclusive of both direct and third party
7. Child (ren) shall mean any person below the age of 18 years or below the age of the majority in the respective jurisdiction.
8. Offer refers to the promotional deal or discount displayed on the Platform.

 

1. Personal Information/PI includes any information or set of information, whetheralone or in combination with other personal information which is sufficient to identify the User.
2. Platform refers to the online platform managed and operated by Savefy Solutions Private Limited or entities who would develop/manage on behalf of Savefy Solutions Private Limited, where offers for goods and/or services are displayed to Customers
3. Service (s) refers to products and/or services provided by the Company through the Website/App.
4. Service Providerrefers to third-party companies or individuals who provide Services on behalf of the Company or help analyze how the Services are used. It also includes other companies engaged by the Company to provide development and maintenance services of the Platform. ,
5. Usage Data refers to data generated using the Services on the Website/App.
6. You/Your/User means the individual accessingor using the Platform. It also includes to the Merchants who has its offers, deals, vouchers listed on the Platform, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service/Platform, as: applicable.

1. Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Information
   1. We value our brand and Your privacy. We do not sell or otherwise disclose Your PI that We collect aboutYou for monetaryor other valuableconsideration. The EntitiesWe share and disclose Your Personal Information for lawful purposes include:
      1. Third Party Service Providers:We share Your PI with third-party Service Providers including but not limitedto Merchants, paymentprocessors and e-commerce service providers for the purpose of helpingus fulfill our contractual obligations towards You.
      2. Affiliates and Subsidiaries: We shall only disclose information aboutYou and in the format to our affiliates, subsidiaries and other businesses under our control and ownership to the extent permissible under law.
      3. Legal Disclosures: We may disclose Your PI where such disclosure to legal authorities and representatives is necessary to comply with the law of the land.

Business Transfers: In the event the Company undergoes any merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets, in part or in full, with another company,or in the unlikely event that the Company goes out of businessor enters bankruptcy. Any processing of Your PI would still be subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
2. Transparency as to the Rights of Users
   1. If You want to know more about the PI shared with us, You can make a request.We shall respond to the requests made by You within a reasonable timeframe as practicably possible in a concise, transparent and easily accessible form and format. The Company reserves the right to refuse or entertain any frivolous and/or repeated requests.
   2. In case You delete Your Account or withdraw consent, we shall cease to further process Your PI however, such deletion/withdrawal of consent shall not be applicable on the PI already processed by the Company.
   3. On Your deletion request We shall delete Your PI unless retention is needed for a legal compliance, when we are unable to delete we shall store it in an encrypted/anonymized format
   4. With Your consent we may share details of our upcoming products etc. You may choose to unsubscribe from and such communication by simply clicking on the unsubscribe link that is present at the bottom of each email
   5. You can exercise any of Your rights by writing to us on support@savefy.co .We shall communicate with You through the same channel.

We implement reasonable, technical and organizational measures to protect Your PI from unauthorized access, disclosure or misuse such as encryption (SSL/TLS), role-based access control, secure data storage and regular vulnerability scans and audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

 

 

1. Children’s data–
   1. The Website/App may be accessedby Users of all ages. However, if You are below 18 years of age, we seek verified consent from Your parents/lawful guardians. Parents/guardians are requested to complete and submit the Parental Consent Form (click here) tosupport@savefy.co before the child uses the Platform.

 

1. In processing Your Child’s PI, our priorityis always the interest of the Child.
2. If You are a parent and/or a lawful guardian of a Child and believe that Your Child has provided Us with PI without Your consent, please contact Us at support@savefy.co . Upon verification, we shalltake reasonably appropriate steps to review,delete or updatethe data as necessary.

We primarily store and process data on a globally distributed cloud infrastructure. This Notice remain applicable regardless of the User’s location or the country from whichthe Platform is accessed.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, applications, services, offers-including Merchants websites, social media platforms or promotional partners, that are not owned or controlled by Us. Similarly, You may choose to interact with Us through some other third-party website, social mediaplatforms, including but not limitedto Instagram and Facebook, not owned or controlled by Us. In both the cases, we shall not be responsible for the Privacy practices of such third-party websites, websites and/or services. We encourage You to review the privacy policies of such third-party websites and platforms before providing them Your PI
